The course aims to provide students with;
• an introduction to business decision making concepts and techniques within various organizational settings
• understanding of practical application of economic analysis to managerial decision making
This course teaches business concepts that serve as prerequisites for managerial decision making – making the choice between available alternatives in order to achieve the organisational objective(s). Topics covered are the budgeting, valuations, costs, working capital, cash-flow and capital structures.
